  • Solrise is an all-weather event and will go ahead rain or shine - it's looking good!

  • Whilst every effort has been made to accommodate changes in the weather, we suggest bringing a variety of water-proof and sun-proof clothing in case of any surprises!



For those who have purchased accommodation at Solscape in addition to their ticket to Solrise please:

  • Come prepared for your stay with everything that you need

  • You will need to provide your own tent - and/or campervan, mattress, blankets, and  everything else you need if that is the type of accommodation you have pre booked.

  • Please camp within the areas identified on the site map

  • Be friendly, cooperative and cozy with your new neighbours



  • There are communal cooking facilities for pre booked accommodation guests so please come prepared with groceries etc

  • We have an incredible array of vegan food, hot drinks and beverages available to purchase from our Conscious Kitchen café.

  • Please bring your own plates, cups and cutlery.

  • Please note that there is no door name list - so you will be turned away/asked to buy another if you do not have these ready at the Festival gate


  • As part of our commitment to the environment, you are encouraged to car-pool. Thank you in advance for reducing the number of cars on site and to reduce our overall greenhouse gas emissions

  • FREE ONSITE PARKING for guests staying in Baches, Cabooses, Earth Domes, Belle Tents & Tipis

  • Overflow parking on site is $20/ weekend or $20/ day

  • Please bring photo ID for children’s wristbands if they look under 15 to avoid confusion at the gate



  • This is a family-friendly event where kids are welcome. Please be mindful of their presence and celebrate their ability to be free-range with us

  • Children 14 years and younger get in for FREE. 15 years and older require a ticket.



  • All amplified music will stop at 12am each night 



  • This space will be open everyday with activities for kids.


Presenters/ artists welcome on site from 8am on January 10th 2020.

  • Gates officially open 4 pm on Friday January 10th for Festival-attendees

  • For guests with on site accommodation gates OPEN at 2pm

  • Gates CLOSE at 7pm on Sunday

re-open at 7:30am each day

  • Please arrive early when attending workshops, as spaces are limited and numbers will be capped 

  • No video recording (other than official media team) is to be permitted during the workshops
